How can we register multiple people from our firm?
You have options for registering multiple people from your firm to attend the Digital CPA Conference®.
  • When you register through the site you can simply select "Add Another Person", and then add their information. The registration site will automatically apply the multi attendee discount to all the individuals you register. You can also add more people at a later date by logging back in with your confirmation number and selecting "Add Another Person"
  • If you do not have the names of everyone going, but know there will be multiple attendees, contact CPA.com and we will help you with the appropriate discount code.
 
What is the cancellation policy?

Digital CPA Conference Cancellation Policy

On-Site: You may cancel without penalty if your cancellation request is received up to and including 45 days prior to the start of the conference. Due to financial obligations incurred by CPA.com, a credit less 50% of the registration fee will be issued for requests received up to and including 21 days prior to the start of the conference. No refunds or credits will be issued on cancellation requests received less than 21 days prior to the start of the event.

Online: You may cancel and receive a refund if your cancellation request is received up to and including 15 days prior to the start of the conference. You can cancel and receive a 100% credit if your cancellation is received up to and including 7 days of the start of the conference. Due to financial obligations incurred by CPA.com, a 60% credit will be issued for requests received up to the day prior to the start of the conference. No refunds or credits will be issued on cancellation requests received once the online conference begins.

Switching between On-site & Online: You may switch your attendance from on-site to online or vice versa within 10 days of the start of the conference. Please note if you switch from onsite to virtual the cost will remain the same. If you switch from virtual to onsite you will be required to pay the cost difference.

 
Can I transfer my registration to another person in my firm?

Can I attend this conference virtually?

Yes, this conference can be attended either in-person or virtually. Just choose the online or Pack 7 option during registration. Online attendees get access to all sessions (excluding the 3 on-site only pre-conference sessions) as well as virtual networking opportunities, virtual yoga, a Doordash voucher, and more.

 
How can I add pre-con or Lunch & Learn sessions to my registration?
